Happy Valentines to my bed buddy Liz.

We began today with a serenely peaceful and beautiful river trip with Pritesh, although I think he should be Romesh.

We were out for almost 2 hours. We’d hoped to see monkeys but saw and heard a variety of birds.
We had an excellent breakfast at The Creek nearby, up on a terrace.

Delicious, with a beautiful view.
The rest of the day was a blur of shopping, walking and sun bedding.
Liz and I purchased a deluxe convertible TUK GTI

I bought a white beachy top and a dress that Liz was sure would suit me. It didn’t, will be returning/exchanging tomorrow.
We had dinner at Rhino again, with Karen and Dave. I had the chicken ‘labrador’ that the others loved the other day. I think it’s actually lababra, either way, I need to learn to make it. Fabulous.

Afterwards we went to Kopi Desa bar to see live music. It was rammed.
You know when you hate crowded bars and old people dancing and would rather be home watching TV or crocheting? No, probably not. I’m not normal.

People were either pissed on large cheap measures, stoned or both. I didn’t get it.
Karen spotted an Indian John. Hilarious.
It all made for good people watching and as time went on I was enjoying it.
Great cow spotting on the way back. I’m definitely odd.
