We all met up for breakfast at Cinnamon. They didn’t have a muesli fruit and curd option. The closest was a pink bowl option, strawberry and something or other smoothie with muesli. It looked amazing but was basically a smoothie with about a table spoon of bland muesli sprinkled on the top. Cinnamon is much more fancy than most in Benaulim, certainly this wasn’t worth the higher price.

An hour later I was starving and later gave in and ordered a garlic and cheese naan at Roger’s, possibly the last ever. They are divine.
Our planned day of relaxation started badly with Sergai next to us on his phone for about an hour. Even worse he was on speakerphone
Liz began to play Bohemian Rhapsody, Bat out of Hell, Welcome to the Jungle and Paris /Lookdown from Les Mis but he was too full of his own importance to even notice.
After then phone calls the videos started. I was tempted to lend him my earphones
The best part of the day was when he left.
The sea was gorgeous, so warm.
We stayed until they started to move all the sunbeds and tables around ready to do the evening candlelit food service.
When we walked to the beach this morning the big green field was full of water buffalo. I love the way it changes almost daily.

Our last Benaulim supper. We opted for Savios as we loved the food there last time. It took forever to get 3 steaks and some pork chops. We’d almost gone past being hungry.
We enjoyed what we had although I’m not a fan of anaemic chips.
A day of ‘lasts’. We’re all sad to leave Benaulim but looking forward to seeing a new area.
Observations:
Benaulim is a special place. I’ve loved it.
